- Fine machined pressure roll with diameter 290mm,310mm,330mm and glue applicator roll (diameter 254mm) with optimum material.
- Main bearings, lubricated with high-temperature grease. Provide outstanding sealing performance and reliable lubricating. Thin oil is optional.

- Surface ground steel hot plates are of inner whirlpool structure, 175mm high and 550mm width.
- Dense weight rolls of heating unit are manually and automatically lifted and lowered as a whole and also manually and automatically press the web in section independently of each other.
- Dense weight rolls of cooling unit ensure perfect forming quality.
- If configured with cut-off, the drive unit must be driven with external power.
Main drive roll knurling with diameter 645mm , featuring smooth and stable belt conveying.
- Imported Felt with excellent heat emitting, ventilation, moisture-proof, and age-resistance.
- Manual felt run controller for both felts. Automatic felt run controller is optional for the upper felt.
- According to requirement, 10 hot plates for 3 Ply and 20 hot plates for 5 Ply can be configured in heating unit.
